Downloading the VidyoDesktop client:

A desktop video client is required to use OpenExchange on a computer. OpenExchange provides this at no cost to users.

Click the appropriate operating system below to download and install VidyoDesktop:

Windows
Mac

VidyoDesktop will automatically start the next time you restart your computer.

Start Meeting or Join Meeting errors:

If you receive an E21 error during launch, ensure VidyoDesktop is running and your pop-up blocker is turned off. If you receive an E22 error, click Leave Meeting and try joining again.
